These were the other two cards that Cara had at her October card class. How awesome are they!

Cards from Cara
I love going anywhere that someone is doing something creative. I love getting new and different ideas that allow me to think outside the box and get away from my own comfort zone.
This was at Cara's house - she is my upline. I attend her monthly classes for a small fee and get to make what her customers make. Her is two different versions of one card - obviously for fall.

a small gift for me.
This is one of the little "bandaid" tins that Shauna created as a door prize and I won. I was fortunate enough to have chocolate inside...mmmmm.mmmm

2 more of Shauna's cards
These are a couple more of Shauna's cards. They are very simple yet a lot of fun. As I said in my last post - she is truly amazing!

A few of Shauna's cards
I always love going to Shauna's house to see what she has created. Her imagination is endless and she comes up with some of the most fun cards. She doesn't just do cards though - she can make just about anything, pictures, home decor, party favours and decor. She is truly brilliant! She always thinks out of the box. Like these 2 non traditional Christmas Cards - the first one is in pink, green and purple and yet it really works. The second is a totally shabby sheek card and I love it!

Winters coming
This is a frame that we created at our quarterly stampin up get together in Millet. So cute!!!!
I have been away and really hit and miss for a while. I am trying to get some of my Christmas cards ready as well as having several classes. Also, I have made it a priority to catch up on some of my scrapbooking....I AM SO BEHIND..... I need to go back into all my albums and finish them before I move on and scrapbook more. I have 3 children - my oldest scrapbook is about June of 2006, my next son is caught up on scrapbooking but I need to go back to 3 of his albums and ensure that they are all journaled and embellished properly....Then there is my daughter, she is caught up to Sept 2009. I need to journal and cricut some of the albums that I have done.....Not to mention that I haven't even started my wedding album - only 11 years ago....Sheesh. Any suggestions?

Charity donation
There is a great charity in our area - NASAP (Northern Alberta Society for Animal Protection). They are a no kill organization that fosters animals until they are able to find a furever home. What a great organization. They are currently looking for donations for a silent auction in early November.
This is a card that is based off one I receive at convention. SO CUTE!!!!! I am making 2 sets of 5 with envelopes for them to sell. I hope they sell well. This card is just adorable.
ALSO I am going to be doing a card class with this great card. Probably in early november.... Stay tuned.

Organization message centre
This is what I have been doing over the past couple weeks. Trying to get ready for school. For years I have wanted to do a message centre for my kids. I am giving them a chore chart (I still need to make the magnets) and an in/out box. I am going to add hooks under so they can hang their back packs and coats. I am hoping to keep them (and me) a little more organized this year and the years to come. My oldest really struggles with organization so hopefully a one stop shop will help him out.
Please, let me know what you think!
I will be back after school starts this week with more posts.
