This is my first attempt ever at doing a glass block. I need to touch it up a bit but think it is kinda cute. I don't have the proper lights to put in it so that will have to wait. I truly ask for comments on this. Would you like to do it as a workshop? What would you change? I am totally open to comments and welcome suggestions. I know there is a lot going on behind the picture. I am just trying to get a feel for it. I will repost when I have updated it. The glass block is 6x6.

Bella Workshop on the go

This is the Bella Workshop on the go. I will be doing this as a workshop in the coming weeks. I love these layouts. I am a little bit behind in scrapbooking as you can tell. My daughter's baptism was in Feb/07. I am glad I waited to do this though as these layouts are so nice. I used the Bella WOTG guide and the Cherish book and all the products are CTMH. As soon as I get a date for the workshop I will send out more information. The great thing about this workshop is the guide walks you through it. Even if you aren't able to attend or live far away you can still do this workshop with me - ask me how. I would love your comments on these layouts.

coming soon.......

I just wanted to post a quick note to let everyone know that I will be having some upcoming workshops. My supplies are arriving today (yipeee) so I can get the demos done for them. Some of the workshops I am having are:

1. Create an Emporium covered Memory Keeper
2. Light up a glass block with paint and stamps (not to mention lights)
3. Make 20 Glorious cards in Emporium (can be kept in the memory keeper)
4. How to use your entire Bella paper packet - make 3 - 2 page layouts plus more.
5. I would also like to show you how to make a techniques book like we did at Regionals. The picture is in an earlier post. If you would be interested in this, please let me know.

I can't wait to get the demos done. As soon as they are done I will post them here. If you are interested in possibly attending one of these workshops, please let me know. You don't have to live near to participate - let me tell you how...... Showing interest at this point does not committ you to attending. I am just looking at who would be interested in what types of workshops.

Hope to hear from you soon.

May card club projects

These are the projects we are making for our May card club. The first project is a mini pizza box which holds 4 - 3x3 cards. I used the Bella paper to make this project and LOVE how it turned out. I also used the Buttoned Together Stamp set which I am really starting to adore.

Here are 2 pictures of the pizza box. The second shows the B&T paper that I put on the side to add a little class to it. Soooo cute.....

These are 2 of the cards that I made using the Bella B&T papers and cardstock. I am so pleased with how they turned out. 3x3 cards really are a lot of fun.

This is the Father's Day card we are going to use for card club. We used the Back Country paper pack. This card turned out so beautiful and I can't wait to share it with our club members. I can't believe how much I love this paper pack.......
