July Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to the July Stamp Of The Month Blog Hop. The SOTM we will be featuring for July is Happy Forever.

If you have come here from Wendy Fording's blog then you are on the right track. If this is your first stop feel free to go back to the beginning and look at all the incredible blogs and what other CTMH consultant's have created. The start of the blog is Helen Onulak's blog. Take a look!

To continue on to the next blog in this hop click on the link at the bottom of this post. Ready, set, here we go!!!!

These are a couple cards that I created using this adorable stamp set. It is so versatile and fun to work with. I KNOW it will be a big hit this month. I have ran short on time for posting the directions on how to make each card, but if you are interested, please contact me and I will glady send them over to you. Happy looking!

This isn't using paper from CTMH but the result is still adorable. I had to post them.

So to go on from here, please go to Nancy Keller's blog and see what wonderful projects she has created for us all. Happy hopping!

new favourite card

This is a card that I made using a few techniques that I love. The background is distressed with dutch blue and chocolate. I stamped En Francais (SU) in black. The stamp is from Summer By the Sea (SU) which is one of my favourite stamp sets. It is perfect for so many occassions. I used a blender pen for the colours, distressed the edges with a razor then inked them. This was the first time I have tried the cracked glass technique. It is really fun - The only thig I recommend is using the Ultra thick embossing powder. I used regular embossing powder and it worked, but would have been much easier with the thicker powder.

Let me know what you think.....
