This is based on a card by Lisa Stenz. I think that these cards are really fun. I used the Sweet Home paper pack from CTMH. So cute!

Anniversary card

This is an anniversary card that I created using the solo F stamp set, my cuttlebug, black, white daisy, and dutch blue paper and ink. I am going through my files of cards attempting to recreate some. This is one that I am very fond of. I think it turned out very pretty.

Friend birthday card

This is a really fun card that I created using chocolate paper, White daisy paper, scallop scissors, chocolate ink, olive ink and dessert sand. It is loosely based on a card that I saw on a SU website. The picture does not do this card justice. It is really beautiful in person. I will be giving it to a good friend for her birthday coming up.

Shower card

I have had this card in my files for a long time and can't remember who created it first. However, this is my re-creation and it was so much fun. I will be giving it to a friend who will be getting married in St. Lucia in March. Her shower is next weekend. The paper and ink is Baja Breeze from SU! The stamp set is from CTMH.

Busy these days

It seems that I haven't had a whole lot of time for being creative with paper lately. We have been focusing on my 3 year old daughter becoming a little girl as opposed to a toddler. She is now fully potty trained and is sleeping in her own bed. We are in the process of decorating her bedroom. This is a sneak peak at what we have started. I will be back to creating with paper soon.

February's card club cards

These cards were inspired by the talented Vicki Wizniuk and Lisa Stenz. I am going to use them for my February card club as we will be using the You Rock WOTG. These are great cards for those tween and teen boys in your life.

January 2010 club projects

Well, it has been a bit since I have created anything. With the busy Christmas season, New Years and moving my scrapbook room to a different location time has just gotten away on me. I have finally been able to create the projects that we will be doing for January's card club.

This is the card that we will be doing. I used Priceless love stamp set with tulip, white daisy, and black cardstock. I also used black and tulip ink.

This is made from a pattern that I got from PTI (Papertrey Ink). There are two different sized on this template and we are making the smaller. I used the That's Amore paper pack, tulip cardstock and the Butterfly Wings stamp set. The butterfly is stamped in blush ink and then painted over with the create-a-shade pearl paint. I am amazed at how quickly this paint dries. Also, you can't really see it but the butterflies really shimmer. They are so pretty.

This is an altered fruit cup tin that I put jelly beans into. It was a fun little design and interesting to create. Again I used That's Amore paper pack and the Butterfly Wings stamp set. You give this gift to someone and they are able to pop the top and claim the treasure inside.
